Description: 

This case is designed for the Avid SC48 console. The console is supported in a ½” Baltic Birch structure, which is protected by 2” Ester foam on all sides. All rear connections are enclosed in a ¾” Baltic Birch doghouse that is 8” deep and finished with black textured coating. A keyboard shelf is mounted below the console, with an elevated mouse pad to the right of the console. 

The 3-piece case is built out of ½” plywood. Included in the case lid is a monitor storage compartment that is built out of ½” plywood. The monitor compartment is lined with 1” Ester foam, and featured usable dimensions of 25” wide x 15” deep x 4.5” tall. Also included in the case tray is a carpet lined accessory compartment that has usable dimensions of 28.625” x 4.375” x 7.25”. The case rides on 4” Colson casters mounted on a ¾” plywood caster board that spans the entire bottom of the case.
