The case interior features a minimum of 2" of foam around all points of the console. The rear of the console is cradled by custom CNC cut Crosslink foam blocks contouring the unique shape of monitor wing. Crosslink foam is a Class A surface which will not scratch the surface of the console during transit when the the case is on its wheels. Dual monitor storage compartments are mounted in the lid allowing monitors to travel with the console as a package. The doghouse is built out of 3/4" Baltic Birch finished with black texture coating. The case includes a 24" Dell touch screen monitor mounted on a Ergotron articulating monitor arm. 

The exterior case is built out of 1/2" plywood laminated with your choice of ABS plastic. The case features 20 deep recessed handles and 4" Colson casters. 1/2" marine grade plastic runners are provided on the console tray to allow the tray to move easily on tilt up stands.
