Discount Levels

There are 3 pricing levels available: Retail, Dealer, & Contractor

Retail - This is the default entry level price structure for consumers. Retail level customers are subject to local taxes and can enjoy quantity discounts on items where applicable.

Dealer - Items are listed at wholesale pricing without sales tax. Dealer pricing level customers can enjoy quantity discounts on items where applicable. Dealer pricing must be applied for when setting up an online account. Current LM customers automatically qualify for Dealer pricing. 

Contractor - Pricing is designed for high volume customers who already enjoy Dealer pricing. Contractor pricing must be applied for and is issued after an overall volume assessment. 

**Each level of pricing (Dealer, Retail & Contractor) enjoys discounts based on annual order volume starting at $12,000. After $12,000 is spent, you will be notified that a discount level has been applied to your account applying to all future purchases. Discount pricing applies to all items in the LM Store. Discounts are tiered and increase as your annual dollar volume increases. 

Lead Time & Availability

It should be assumed that all products on this site will be subject to a 3 week lead time. Lead time is dependent on the LM production schedule. LM will keep you posted on order progress during the production process.

Returns Policy

Returns will be assessed on a per instance basis. LM will not pay any inbound freight for returns, all orders are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled prior to construction. After construction has begun orders can not be cancelled. Any order that is cancelled is subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

Shipping

UPS Ground Services and FedEx Freight Services are the standard 2 shipping methods for items in the LM store. These quotations are estimates based on the items in your cart and your location. We understand that many companies would like to arrange their own freight. We also understand that occasionally the freight estimators will estimate high without taking economies of scale into consideration. To help with these issues the following options are also available:

Custom Quote - No shipping is charged at the time of order, LM will quote 3 carriers based on your location and present you with the most economical option.

Local Pick Up - Feel free to drop in to our Youngstown, OH shop and say hello! 

Customer Arrange - You handle freight. LM will provide the packaged dimensions of the items upon their completion and you arrange their transportation. 

Most orders over $2500 qualify for free shipping. LM Cases reserves the right to charge for lift gates, residential fees, or any other additional handling fees associated with non-commercial locations, or any locations such as military bases or schools where additional handling fees are required. 

LM Cases reserves the right to decline free shipping at our discretion. 

Color

If no color is selected at time of order, black will be the default color.
