Description: 

This custom foam and rack set built by LM Cases are intended for users who already own a Pelican 1510 case and wish to outfit it with a 2U rack. This set is perfect for touring professionals who need to carry 2U worth of rack gear on a commercial flight. The rack is specially designed to fit within the Pelican 1510. The rack is built from ½” Baltic Birch plywood, finished with black textured coating and featured front and rear pre-tapped 10-32 rack rail. The rails are recessed ½” from the front and rear of the shell. Rail to rail measures 9.25”. A 1” Ester foam top pad is included, and features cut outs for the special application stud mounts in the lid of the 1510 case. A 1.75” PE foam bottom pad is included for under the rack. This foam insert accommodated the wheel and handle intrusions. It also provides 4 holes for the feet of the rack shell to lock into. The bottom PE pad features a 13.625” x 8.375” cut out to provide an accessory compartment under the rack. 

LM Cases recommends 3M Spray 90 glue for the installation of the foam pads. Spray the case and the foam when installing.
