Description:

This fully integrated 32ch in ear monitor fly pack is designed for musicians and bands who need an ultra-compact mixer/in ear package that is truly tour grade. All cables are custom built by the LM Cases Custom Integration department per order. This 3-case package is designed to be as small as possible while still delivering 32 input channels an integrated mic split and 3 stereo / 6 mono wireless monitor mixes.

The system is built around 2 LM Cases 4U Rack / Pelican 1620 fly racks. The top rack includes the Midas M32C mixer, Shure PA411 combiner, 3 Shure PSM300 transmitters, 3 Shure P3RA receivers and a LM Tour System True1 Courtesy Power Panel. The panel is loaded with 4 Neutrik NE8FDX locking Cat6 Ethercon jacks. The first 2 jacks are wired directly to the PSM300 units via LM Tour Systems industrial RJ45 – ¼” TRS cables. These cables are designed to carry 4ch of analog audio over Belden 1303e cable. These 2 jacks mate with LM Tour Systems Ethercon – XLR female 4ch break out cables to interface with the DL32 outputs. 2 additional wired TRS cables are provided at the back of the rack attached to the lacing bar for an additional mix if needed. The other 2 Cat6 jacks on the panel feed WAN to the built in GLI.NET router and provide a LAN output for additional connections. Power is brought into the system via a LM Tour Systems 25ft 12awg True1 – AC Edison power cable. All cables are custom labeled with your choice of heat shrink labels. A Shure PA805SWB antenna is included and designed to be clamped to the top of the rack shell via a Cardellini clamp. This eliminates the need to use and or carry a mic stand for the antenna. A custom foam insert designed to hold the antenna is provided below the rack to prevent damage during transport.

The bottom rack holds the Midas DL32 and a passive LM Tour Systems LP 32:2 mic splitter. The mic split is custom built specifically for this fly pack. It is an ultra compact 1U design that is a 2 way, 32 channel split. One side of the split outlets are wired directly into the DL32. These connections are made using Mogami cables wrapped in Techflex and terminated with low profile Switchcraft cables allowing the stage box to remain patched. The secondary output features DB25 jacks and includes 4 – 25ft LM Tour Systems DB25 to 8ch male XLR snakes to feed the house input. These snakes are built from Mogami cable, wrapped with Techflex and terminated with Neutrik XLR connectors. The splitter is fed from the stage via 4 LM Tour Systems 25ft DB25 trunk lines also built from Mogami cable. These lines are wired in the Tascam pin out and connect to 4 LM Tour Systems 52-359 DB25 to XLR stage boxes. Each stage box has 4 inputs and is intended to be spread around the stage to act as sub snakes. This is very helpful for bands who need to carry a cable package. The sub snakes eliminate the need to carry longer cables to patch a stage. The mic split comes with 4 LM Tour Systems ground lift XLR adapters should grounds need lifted. Four barrel isolation transformers are also included should noise be an issue between this system and the house console. The racks are split between the mixer and stage box to allow the units to operate independently if needed. This design allows users to use the DL32 stage box with a control surface and still utilize the local mic split and DB25 stage boxes for stage wiring. The DL32 includes a LM Tour Systems Audio Grade Ethercon cable to connect to the M32C. A hardwired locking IEC power cable is provided from the top rack to power the DL32 without the need for a separate power source.

The system includes an empty Pelican 1560 case to store the cable set and stage boxes.
