Description: 

The portable entertainment system built by LM Cases is designed to be the ultimate compact viewing station. This fully integrated system is turn key and ready to use. This system is perfect for football sidelines, green rooms, college recruiting, e gaming, and event rental companies. Built with tour grade audio and video components, this system is built to impress you and your clients. 

The video system is built around an outdoor grade 55” monitor. The LM Cases Custom Integration department specifies outdoor grade TV’s whenever possible. Consumer grade monitors are designed for static environments – say mounted on your living room wall. The outdoor monitor used in this system features upgraded build construction, replacing plastic parts with metal. Video and power connections are sealed to prevent damage from moisture. The screen is designed for viewing in bright outdoor environments and features additional cooling. Even the remote control is built from metal and is designed for moist environments. The monitor is mounted on a HD electric lift that is built here in the USA. Many lifts on the market are designed overseas and are intended to lift a TV at the lowest possible price point with no regard for reliability. The lifts LM uses are purpose built for this mobile application. These lifts use screw drive metal actuators, competitors lifts use die cast gear drive systems which are prone to cracking and failure under load. Content pushed to the TV via its own internal streaming/casting software. Video/audio can also be pushed via an installed Apple TV to ensure iOS compatibility. Traditional HDMI jacks are provided and supplied with a tour grade locking HDMI cable to interface with custom panels on the case. This cable can be used with locking HDMI jacks and standard HDMI jacks. 

The audio system delivers crisp, high fidelity sound. The specified components are Bose outdoor rated speakers and subwoofers. High and mid frequencies are handled by 2 Bose speakers mounted at ear level. These speakers are mounted in custom marine grade plastic cradles with foam shock mounting. The cradles and foam are custom cut to contour the unique curved shape of the speaker cabinets. The speakers feature a 5.25” mid frequency driver with a 1”  coaxial tweeter. Each speaker is IP55 water rated. Two 10” Bose subwoofers are conspicuously mounted within the case. Each sub is set to produce super low bass down to 35Hz. The audio system is meticulously tuned with custom EQ and time delay to produce a perfect stereo image in the unique deployment. Though the audio system requires a great amount of engineering to install, it is very simple to operate. A panel containing 3 knobs is located on the top of the case. Each knob controls the master system volume, a 1/8” aux audio input and a microphone input. As many integrated systems built by LM Cases use Sonos audio, this system includes a Sonos Port® allowing users to stream music over WiFi and synchronize with other LM Cases using Sonos audio products. 

For protection and sound quality, this system employs a “case within a case” design. The audio and video components are built into an inner structure that is isolated from the exterior case via rubber isolation mounts. These mounts are employed not only to protect the electronic components, they also ensure sound isolation to prevent vibration and rattle. 

As many digital and network ready components are used within the system, the case provides its own internal network and Wifi. A long range access point with a connection radius of 2000 sq ft is included. LM prefers to use Wifi over Bluetooth for wireless audio streaming for improved sound quality and range. The network features a USB jack allowing users to connect their smart devices capable of tethering to provide network for remote applications where wired network is not available. This is perfect for events and trade shows were wired internet is either not available or cost prohibitive. A 25ft LM Tour Systems Locking Ethercon – RJ45 cable is provided to connect to wired networks via standard RJ45 connector. 

Power is brought into the system via a 25ft LM Tour Systems True1 – Edison cable. The True1 infrastructure is a locking protocol and can easily be extended using LM Tour Systems True1 – True1 Link Cables. A power sequencer with power conditioning is used to ensure that all components are powered on and off in the correct order to avoid “popping” the speakers. The power sequence is initiated via a large 30mm green button. A large green 30mm light illuminates once the power sequence is complete and the system is ready to use. Courtesy power is available for device charging. 12 AC outlets, 10 USB C and 5 USB A ports are provided. 

The exterior case is built from ½” plywood laminated with your choice of ABS plastic colors. The case features 2 pop up tables, one on the left and another on the right to hold laptops and other peripheral equipment. The case exterior features 2 lids: a front and a top. The front lid can be left on during use to ensure a clean look and as support for skirting. The top lid can also be left on if the audio system is not needed. A trap door is located in the top lid allowing full use of the monitor without removing the larger lid. 

Though this case can be purchased as is, we welcome modifications as needed to fit your unique applications. This case is built per order. All engineering and installation are handled internally by LM Cases.
