The system is designed for professional football teams who travel to Europe and require a 220v to 120v step down transformer. The case is a fully integrated turnkey system with the Snap Attack® machine and all power options installed. The case features a Snap Attack® machine installed. The machine is mounted to the case via a Sports Attack cart clamp mount. The shelf supporting the machine is 1.5” thick with the cart clamp being supported by 2 – ½” plasma cut steel plates. The standard AC 3 prong power connector that is standard on the Snap Attack® machine is replaced with a waterproof True1 locking power connector to prevent accidental disconnection. Power is supplied to the machine via 3 sources: a heavy-duty cable reel, a gas-powered generator and a 220v step down transformer. A custom GTS10A transfer switch built by LM Tour Systems is used to easily switch between the power input sources. The switch features LED indicator lights to show when voltage is present via a power source. The switch is simply pressed in the direction of the desired power source. A LM Tour Systems inline meter panel is provided to show the available voltage and the amp draw of the machine. A 120v/220v 20amp breaker is provided to prevent accidental damage. When using the step-down transformer, the meter panel verifies that the current powering the machine is 120v to prevent damage. A gas-powered generator capable of 18 amps is provided with the system allowing it to be used if standard AC wall power is unavailable. A 220v step down transformer is provided for use when in Europe. The transformer is designed to be used in place of the generator. 3 LM Tour Systems 25ft True1 world power cables are provided to power the step-down transformer. The included cables are Schuko Type E and F and a Type G for the UK. US 120v power is brought into the system via a custom heavy duty cable reel. This reel is “live” meaning that it can be extended or retracted while electrified preventing the need to plug and unplug the system during use should it need to be moved. The reel is loaded with 125ft of SO rated 14/3 wire. The integration and specification of the electrical components is handled by the LM Cases Custom Integration department. The case is built from ½” plywood and laminated with your choice of ABS colors. The case is designed to be quickly deployed. All lids are hinged preventing the need to store them during use. The split hinge top lids feature elastic netting for football storage on either side of the machine during use. The cable reel and generator are mounted on heavy duty slide out shelves. Each shelf is built from ½” marine grade plastic and is mounted on HD Accuride glides. The step-down transformer is mounted to the bottom of the case located behind the generator slide out shelf. The case features 12 deep recessed handles and rides on 6” field casters. All casters are locking.
