Description: 

The custom 65” tour grade monitor lift case built by LM Cases is designed for demanding portable applications requiring a tv mounted on an electric lift mounted in a road case. The system comes fully integrated and ready to use. 

The center of the case is a commercial grade Sony 4K monitor. The monitor features 440 nit brightness and is designed for 24/7 operation. The VA direct-lit LED panel features UHD 4K native resolution of 3840 x 2160. The monitor has IP & RS232 support for digital signage and features AirPlay & Chromecast built in for wireless streaming. The monitor is mounted on a heavy-duty electric lift that is made in the USA. The unit features 5 motorized lift columns with a local wired “up/down” controller and a wireless remote for operation. The lift is supported by foam and a separate interior plywood shell allowing it to remain isolated from the exterior case. Nonabrasive Crosslink foam contours the front and back of the monitor preventing scratching in addition to supporting the monitor during transport. The lift/monitor assembly is supported in such a way that the case can be flipped in any direction. The case interior features a small accessory compartment specifically designed for small parts and the remote controls for the monitor and lift. A LM Tour Systems valet bag is provided to keep all parts contained. A larger center accessory compartment is provided for items like skirting, cabling, and general storage. This compartment is accessed from a top removable panel in the case interior and an exterior mounted trap door. A custom I/O panel is provided to access the inputs on the monitor. The panel features a True1 power inlet. The inlet is mounted in a 5278-adapter plate that allows the user to change to a Hubbell 5278 recessed male power inlet. The panel features 2 HDMI jacks compatible with Neutrik Locking HDMI Cables, a USB A 3.0 jack wired directly to the monitor and a HD Neutrik Cat6 compatible with LM Tour Systems locking rugged data cables. A 12awg HD 25ft True1 – Edison power cable is included. This cable can also be used with True1 – True1 link cables should longer power cable runs be required. The electronics bay is accessed via a dedicated trap door on the back of the case. 

The exterior case is built from ½” plywood laminated with your choice of ABS plastic colors. The case features a hinged top lid supported by gas springs. A front removable lid is provided for access to the monitor and lift for maintenance. Normal operation does not require the front lid to be removed. The exterior features ½” marine grade plastic runners to protect the case surface and hardware should the case be flipped. The hardware set includes10 deep recessed handles, recessed lid stays (in addition to the aforementioned gas springs) and 6 – 4” Colson casters.
