Description: 

The LM Tour Systems NEMA 14-30P to 50A California-Style Adapter Cable allows compatible 50A split-phase power distribution systems to connect to a standard NEMA 14-30R receptacle, commonly used for electric dryers and other 120/240V, 30A applications. 

This adapter is built using a NEMA 14-30P plug on the source end and a 50A California-style CS6364C connector on the distro end, making it a useful solution when a 50A California-style input distro must be powered from an available 30A split-phase source. 

LM Tour Systems builds this adapter using heavy-duty 4-conductor 6 AWG portable power cable, providing rugged construction suitable for touring, live production, mobile entertainment, and temporary power applications. 

Because the source connector is rated for 30A, this adapter does not increase the available current to 50A. It simply provides connector compatibility between a NEMA 14-30 source and a California-style power distribution input. The connected system remains limited by the rating and overcurrent protection of the 30A source. 

Available in lengths from 1 ft. up to 100 ft., this cable can be configured as a short adapter for use with an existing 50A trunk line or ordered as a longer complete input cable depending on the application.
