The LM Tour Systems 3U 16 D-Punch panel is designed for professional rack builds where flexibility and durability matter. Ideal for touring systems, flypacks, and dynamic installations where connector configurations may evolve, this panel provides clean labeling and long-term structural integrity.

The panel is fabricated from 1/8” (0.125”) brushed aluminum and finished in black anodizing for superior wear resistance compared to standard powder-coated alternatives. Each D-Series (15/16”) cutout is precision punched and laser etched with permanent numbering, along with a dedicated writable label field for clean and organized identification.

The 3U height was intentionally chosen to allow the use of thicker material without compromising structural strength. While similar panels are sometimes offered in a 2U format, those designs typically require thinner aluminum to accommodate reinforcement flanges, reducing overall rigidity. By utilizing a full 3U layout and 1/8” material, this panel maintains maximum durability — even in harsh touring and mobile environments.
