Description: 

This custom 5 drawer workbox is perfect for production houses looking for a standardized, fast packing storage case. The case features an OD of 24” x 30” with a 270 degree fold flat front door. 

The drawer set is built into a ½” plywood shell that isolates the drawers from the case exterior. Each drawer is built from ½” Baltic birch, mounted on HD Accuride glides and finished with black textured coating. The drawers feature the same width and depth measurements of 15.25” wide x 23.75” deep. The top two drawers are 4.5” tall, the center drawer is 6” tall and the bottom 2 drawers are 8” tall. 

The exterior case is built from ½” plywood laminated with your choice of ABS plastic colors. The front lid is mounted on 270-degree hinge allowing the lid to swing open and rest against the side of the case during use. The lid features a multi-point key locking latch that allows it to be opened using a single latch handle. The case features 4 deep recessed handles and rides on 4” x 2” HD Colson casters (2 locking) mounted on a ¾” full sized caster board. The exterior is 24” wide x 30” deep allowing it to pack evenly in 90” and 96” trucks.
