Description:

This large format trunk is designed for traveling sports nutritionists. The trunk is designed to dispense common foods like fruits and bars. The trunk features a 45qt Yeti cooler, removable table that secures to the trunk and a custom power distribution unit that features a combination of AC and USB A outlets. 

The trunk’s lid is finished with black texture coating. The lid also features gas springs to aid in opening and closing. 10 Tilt Lock bin units are mounted for storage of small items. 

The main work surface is built from Baltic Birch plywood finished with black texture coating. A LM Tour Systems power distribution unit is provided for courtesy power. The power distribution unit includes 8 AC outlets, 8 USB-A outlets for charging and 2 locking Powercon® outlets designed to interface with our 4-Plex courtesy banks. 

Below the work surface are 2 removable, 10 compartment vending bins. These bins are built from ½” marine grade plastic and feature compartment sizes of 6.25” wide x 5.5” deep x 4.5” tall. The bins feature custom brackets that allow them to hang from the sides of the trunk during use. 

The body of the trunk features 6 heavy duty drawers. Each drawer is built from ½ Baltic Birch, mounted on HD Accuride drawer glides and finished with black texture coating. Each drawer features 6 compartments to keep items organized.  A 45-quart Yeit® cooler is provided for cold storage. The cooler is mounted on a custom slide out shelf with HD locking drawer glides. The cooler is held by its feet. The locking drawer glides allow the heavy loaded cooler to be removed/loaded easily without the drawer closing. 

The trunk exterior is built from ½” plywood laminated with your choice of ABS plastic colors.. The front lid features 2 sets of HD table legs. The lid also features mount points that allow it to secure to the left or right side of the trunk for added stability. The trunk rides on 6” HD field casters.
