The Triad Orbit IO-Desk-M Mini iO-Equipped Laptop & Utility Desk provides a compact, versatile mounting platform for professional audio, video, broadcast, and production equipment. Designed to integrate with Triad Orbit's innovative iO quick-change mounting system, the IO-Desk-M allows users to securely position audio interfaces, playback devices, effects processors, power supplies, and other accessories without occupying valuable workspace.

Featuring a heavy-duty 3mm aluminum mounting plate with an extensive array of threaded mounting points, the IO-Desk-M provides a flexible foundation for creating customized equipment configurations in recording studios, front-of-house workstations, broadcast facilities, and touring production environments.

Heavy-Duty Aluminum Mounting Platform

The IO-Desk-M features a compact aluminum mounting surface measuring approximately 12.1” wide x 7.1” tall. The 3mm thick aluminum plate provides a rigid foundation for supporting a variety of professional production accessories.

The mounting surface incorporates 68 threaded 3/8” holes and four additional 5/8” mounting holes, allowing users to configure equipment mounting locations to accommodate their specific requirements.

This perforated mounting design provides flexibility when positioning devices of different sizes and configurations, making the IO-Desk-M particularly useful for integrating equipment that would otherwise occupy valuable console or workstation space.

Integrated Equipment Retention System

LM Cases Triad Orbit Ready Integration

As part of the expanding LM Cases Triad Orbit Ready accessory ecosystem, the IO-Desk-M provides an additional equipment mounting option for professional console cases and workstations.

Select LM Cases console cases feature a custom recessed mounting pocket designed specifically for the Triad Orbit IO-WSP mounting plate. Each mounting location incorporates recessed threaded T-nuts and dedicated mounting hardware for securing the IO-WSP to the case.

Once the IO-WSP is installed, compatible Triad Orbit accessories can be integrated into the workstation, including the IO-Desk-M when used with an appropriate mounting configuration.

This allows production personnel to position equipment such as compact audio interfaces, playback devices, external hard drives, and power supplies adjacent to their mixing console while preserving valuable workspace.

The IO-Desk-M is not designed to attach directly to the recessed mounting pocket found on LM Cases Triad Orbit Ready console cases. An appropriately installed IO-WSP or other compatible iO mounting point is required. Equipment compatibility and maximum supported loads depend on the mounting configuration, supporting structure, and installation.
