The Triad Orbit IO-FLX iO-Equipped Flexible Gooseneck Extension provides a compact, adjustable mounting solution for microphones and lightweight production accessories. Designed around Triad Orbit's innovative iO quick-change system, the IO-FLX combines a heavy-duty flexible gooseneck with a modular mounting connection, allowing equipment to be quickly installed, positioned, or removed from compatible Triad Orbit mounting systems.

Featuring an approximately 11.5” long rubber-coated gooseneck, the IO-FLX provides flexible equipment positioning without requiring traditional boom arm adjustments or mechanical locking joints. Its compact design makes it particularly useful for talkback microphones, podium microphones, and workstation accessories that need to remain easily accessible to the operator.

The included IO-H2 quick-release head provides a standard 5/8” microphone mounting connection, while the supplied 3/8” adapter accommodates additional compatible equipment.

The IO-FLX integrates with a variety of Triad Orbit mounting components, including:

Select LM Cases console cases feature custom recessed mounting pockets specifically designed to accommodate the Triad Orbit IO-WSP steel mounting plate. Each mounting location incorporates heavy-duty threaded inserts and dedicated black stainless steel mounting bolts for securing the IO-WSP to the case.

Once an IO-WSP is installed, the IO-FLX can be connected directly to the mounting plate using Triad Orbit's iO quick-change system.

This configuration is particularly useful for front-of-house and monitor mixing applications where a talkback microphone needs to remain within easy reach of the console operator.

The flexible gooseneck allows the microphone to be positioned close to the operator without requiring a traditional microphone stand or occupying valuable workspace.
